This time making a plea to tax only the rich using the dreaded income tax method. About how often does our state government, using some form of BS, attempt to pass some sort of income tax? Wouldn't this taxation attempt also require an ammendment to our State's Constitution? I thought it was expressly wriitten INTO our State Constitution that NO INCOME TAX CAN EVER BE IMPLEMENTED?
